The Dover Air Force Base Multiple Award Construction Contract is a multiple award, competitive design-build Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) construction acquisition based on a general statement of work further defined with each individual task order. Mountain Consulting Inc. has the opportunity for seven years for work that consists of single and multiple disciplines in design and construction to include maintenance, repair and alteration of real property as well as new construction of facilities on Dover AFB, Delaware.
